A lot can happen to your vehicle in a year. Many people are unaware of issues until a failure occurs. Over the last 25+ years, we’ve adopted a yearly checkup policy. We recommend our annual comprehensive inspection to each customer. We’ve learned it’s an essential habit which contributes to the long life of their cars.
If you haven’t seen us before, we’ll complete your 71-point inspection for free. When our relationship begins, we want to know your vehicle from end-to-end. Our thoroughness and candid feedback are why many choose us over the dealer.
Included In Every Comprehensive Inspection
We split the comprehensive vehicle inspection (CVI) between four key phases. This multi-point checkup goes beyond a normal oil change inspection. We use our in-house app to collect notes, pictures and videos of what we find. Then share it with you in a clear digital report. Your service advisor will discuss our findings with you. They’ll give you the best game plan for your vehicle to reach 200k miles and beyond.

We receive your vehicle and make note of visible issues. Then we’ll prepare your car, van or truck for your mechanic to inspect. We’ll take a few pics, document the fuel level and check your service history.

Certain issues occur only while the vehicle is driving. Our technician will take your car on a road test around local city streets. They’ll listen for unusual noises and test essential safety features. After the drive, they’ll record engine performance and vital issues.
Some vehicles areas we’ll review and include in your report;
We examine your Subaru, Honda or Toyota in fine detail. Your tech takes pictures or makes videos of what they find. They’ll inspect each area of your vehicle and assign it a health status. Or, mention if further diagnosis is required to find the root cause.

After the inspection, we’ll email and SMS you a digital report. You can access the report online for 60 days or download and keep it. We share pictures of fluid samples and parts with issues next to candid feedback. Customers love the transparency of being able to see for themselves.

No, we’ll scan your vehicle’s computer for vehicle codes. To accurately diagnose a symptom testing and analysis is required to find the source. While we are able to identify issues, we’re not always able to diagnose the cause.
Sometimes. We may know what area of the vehicle is causing the issue, we may not be able to pinpoint their exact location. Your report will detail the area, our theory on the cause and if further diagnosis is needed.
