Lightweight Tubular Sway Bars for WRX, STI and Forester XT
These Lightweight Tubular Sway Bar Kits for the Impreza WRX (Sedan & Wagon), STI and 2004 Forester XT are designed to greatly reduce body roll and provide a much more predictable handling characteristic without decreasing the ride quality. Our bars have been carefully balanced and when used as a system, understeer is a thing of the past. To allow the driver to cater the system to their tastes, the rear bar is adjustable which can provide more or less understeer for given conditions.
What makes these bars unique is their hollow (tubular) construction which results in a much lighter and technically superior design compared to the lesser solid bar design. This is the very reason why you'll find tubular sway bars used on high-end performance vehicles and race cars. The tubular design is more expensive and more difficult to manufacturer but that should not be any excuse for not offering the best solution possible. From even a purely aesthetic point of view, the style of the thick, aggressive 25mm diameter sway bar easily visible from behind the car screams that you're serious about performance!!
Our carefully selected sway bar spring rates have been determined through extensive testing on the race track and autocrossing. No other Subaru aftermarket company can claim as much track-proven experience. Here is a simple chart to compare our spring rates to those of the competition.

The bars are available as a kit or individually. Due to their balanced design, we HIGHLY recommend purchasing them as a kit. Both sway bars come with everything necessary for installation, and are compatible with stock or most aftermarket end-links. The front bar kit includes the front tubular 25mm lightweight sway bar and bushings. The rear bar kit includes an adjustable lightweight tubular 25mm sway bar, greasable bushings, brackets, heavy-duty sway bar mounts and stainless steel hardware. Both bars come powdercoated COBB Blue for long life and durability against the elements. These bars WON'T RUST like some others on the market that are cheaply painted. Easy to follow, step-by-step instructions with pictures are included with every kit.
