Our
mission at Smart Service is to provide the highest
quality independent Subaru care, customer service, and working
environment in Washington State.
Unfortunately, consumers have been forced to lower their
expectations when dealing with the automotive repair industry
over the years. Large, machine like, profit driven dealers just
don’t have the time available to develop the one-on-one
relationship necessary for a high level of customer service. On
the other hand, an independent shop may not have the
qualifications or specific equipment or genuine parts necessary
to diagnose and repair the vehicle the way the manufacturer
intended.

all of your expectations. Our approach is simple. We treat you

Any service
or repair need is looked at with the customer’s best interest in
mind. We will discuss your vehicles needs with you in order of
importance. We don’t subscribe to the philosophy that everything
on a car has to be done at once. If there is a minor issue with
the car it will be presented as just that. We’re not a hard sell
and will take the time to work with you in determining what is
best for you and your Subaru.
