Double Adjustable Shifter for the 6 speed WRX STi

	Retaining the reverse lock-out functionality while offering adjustability of the knob height and throw distance for the 6 speed transmission presented a new engineering challenge. The solution was a design so revolutionary, it even prompted us to update all of our other Double Adjustable shifters. Designed using CAD technology, the COBB Blue anodized billet shifter body is CNC machined from 6061 Aluminum. Like our original design, the shift throw distance and shift knob height are independently adjustable and both can easily be adjusted with the shifter installed in the vehicle. Stainless Steel socket head screws are set in a counter bore for a flush mount and provide a clamping force that firmly holds the upper and lower slider shafts in place. This new design improves the ease of making adjustments while also being significantly stronger. Leaves reverse lockout fully functional at any desired knob height or throw distance. OEM style delrin sleeve on upper shaft for smoother reverse lockout engagement and vibration dampening.
