Rear Sway Bar Slider Mounts

The images below illustrate the issue with rear end link alignment when using the different sway bar mounting holes.  As you use the stiffer sway bar settings, the rear end link is placed at a compromised angle which reduces effectiveness and increases the chance of the end link bending.  Changing the sway bar design would only change what positions compromise the rear end link angle.

With the Adjustable Slider Mounts in place, you can now adjust the sway bar's position with relation to the end link.  This allows you to keep the end link in the most effective position relative to its pickup point on the sway bar.

Below is an image of the Adjustable Slider Mount in the configuration used when the sway bar is at its stiffest setting (moved forward).  The design, which was improved using FEA (Finite Element Analysis) design tools, provides higher rigidity even in this configuration compared to the standard Heavy Duty mounts we supply as standard with our Tubular Sway Bar kits.  Adjustments are made by moving the slider plate into the optimal position and securing with the supplied hardware.
